The SRJC Culinary Arts program prepares students for a wide variety of jobs and careers in the hospitality industry. Rigorous classroom and hands-on training introduce students to classical and modern culinary techniques, food and wine pairing, kitchen management, dining room and restaurant management, retail bakery operations, and a commitment to environmental and economic sustainability. The training is comprehensive, intensive, and affordable. All instructors are qualified and experienced professionals with extensive backgrounds in the food, wine, and hospitality industries.
